These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sydneyhydraulic.com.au and the purchase of products from Sydney Hydraulic Centre. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Custom-Made Products
All hydraulic hose assemblies are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications at the time of order using the configuration you build with our online hose builder. Because each assembly is made to order:
- Please review your configuration carefully before placing an order. The assembly code (e.g. KP213xPN13AOL10xPN13AOL10x1200mm) shown at checkout is your order specification.
- Your assembly code is included in your order confirmation email for reference and reordering.
- We are not responsible for assemblies incorrectly specified by the customer.
- If you are unsure whether a configuration is suitable for your application, contact us before ordering.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are placed through our online hose builder at sydneyhydraulic.com.au/hydraulic-hose-builder. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are calculated based on the hose type, fittings, length, and accessories you select.
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
- Prices may change at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across Australia. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
6. In-Store Pickup
- Free pickup is available from our workshop: Unit 11, 79 Station Road, Seven Hills NSW 2147.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Do not attend the workshop before receiving this notification.
- Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a photo ID when collecting.
- Uncollected orders will be held for 14 days. After this period we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our products are custom-made to your specifications. Under the Australian Consumer Law:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on custom-made goods.
- If your product has a major fault or does not match the specifications you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- If you believe your order contains an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and photos.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
8. Product Safety & Correct Application
Hydraulic hose assemblies are safety-critical components. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge:
- You are responsible for ensuring the assembly is appropriate for your application, including working pressure, temperature range, and fluid compatibility.
- All assemblies must be installed and used by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable Australian standards and safe work practices.
- We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper installation, use outside rated specifications, or use for unintended applications.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the hose builder tool, assembly code system, product data, pricing, and design — is the property of Sydney Hydraulic Centre. You may not reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
